This Privacy Policy explains how GAA handles personal information when you visit gorarchitects.com, contact us about a project, or request architecture, interior design, or drafting support services. It also explains your choices and how to contact us about your data.
Privacy at a glance
We use the information you share to respond to inquiries and deliver services. Occasional marketing emails are optional and require your separate choice. We do not sell personal information. 1. Who operates this website
This website (gorarchitects.com) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Akopian Hor (Ukrainian legal name: Фізична особа — підприємець Акопян Гор Нверович), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. Services are presented under GAA / Gor Akopian Architects, including GAA — Architectural & Interior Design and GAA — Drafting Support. 2. Information we collect
When you contact us through a website form or email, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, email address, organization, service of interest, project description, message, and any files or other details you choose to share. Our forms also provide an optional checkbox for future GAA marketing emails; when selected, we record that preference with the submission information. Webflow records submission details including the date and IP address. When you browse the website, technical information such as IP address, browser information, page requests, cookies, and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the website.
3. Why we use your information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, discuss and quote services, prepare and perform agreements, coordinate projects, maintain website security, comply with legal requirements, and protect our legitimate business interests. If you actively select the optional marketing consent checkbox, we may also send occasional emails about GAA services, projects, and collaboration opportunities. This consent is not required to send an inquiry or receive a response. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing akopian@gorarchitects.com. We do not add all inquiries to a marketing list automatically.
4. Legal grounds
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as answering inquiries and protecting the website. For optional marketing emails based on consent, we rely on your affirmative choice and allow you to withdraw it. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and service providers
We use Webflow to host the website and receive and store form submissions. Inquiry notifications and correspondence are handled through email services, including Google email services. Cloudflare may process technical data to help protect the website and manage request rates. We may share information with professional collaborators when required for an agreed project, or where disclosure is required by law. These providers process information under their applicable privacy and service terms. We do not sell personal information to third parties. GAA is a professional brand, not a separate legal entity to which information is transferred.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses technical cookies and similar technologies needed for functionality and security. During our review, we identified Cloudflare's _cfuvid cookie, which helps its security and rate-limiting systems distinguish visitors sharing an IP address. It is used for traffic protection, not advertising personalization. We did not identify Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking during the checks performed on the pages reviewed; these checks do not exclude every possible third-party request. If optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies are introduced, we will update this policy and implement consent controls where required. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking security cookies may affect access to the website.
7. International processing
Our website and communication providers, including Webflow, Google email services, and Cloudflare, may process or store data outside Ukraine and outside the country in which you reside. We use these services for website operation, security, and correspondence. Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, relevant safeguards must apply. 8. Retention and security
We normally retain inquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact if no project begins, unless a legal obligation or another valid reason requires a longer period. We periodically review these records in Webflow and email.
If you separately agree to receive occasional GAA emails, we may keep the minimum necessary professional contact details and a record of your consent while that use remains justified. We review marketing contacts periodically. If you withdraw consent, we stop marketing emails and may retain a minimal opt-out record so we do not contact you again for marketing.
For clients, contracts, invoices, project documents, and related correspondence may be kept longer as necessary to provide services, comply with legal or accounting obligations, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Technical security logs may be retained by our service providers according to their own policies and settings.
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability where available, and withdrawal of consent. 10. Third-party links and children
The website may link to external services whose privacy practices we do not control. This website is intended for professional and adult audiences and is not directed at children. Please do not send children's personal information through the contact forms.
11. Updates
Effective date: October 21, 2026. We may revise this Privacy Policy when the website, our services, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated text and effective date will be posted on this page.
